They don't look underfed... a little droopy, possibly too frequent watering. What are they planted in... if it's a soil mix, are you sure they need watering second daily? With soil, water once the top couple of inches of soil has dried off and the weight of the pot has reduced by about half (pick up the pot... if it is ready to water it should feel noticeably lighter).

I water these plants every 2 days & let it run off is it to much or underfertlizing
