HELP SOMEONE PLEASE

Can somebody please help.I purchased mothers finest about 2 months ago and germinated them along with 10 others[pursang].Nothing cracked in wet towels,even after scuffing and frequent water changes.After 1 week and nothing i9 decided to plant them
and see if that had any effect-nothing,i should point out that 9/10 pursang came up.
This has never happened to me in 4 years of growing and i'm at a bit of a loss to explain things.I desperately wanted to try MF after some great reviews but i got nothing but dissappointment for £63.The shop where i got them doesn't want to know,and i pm'ed
a mod here and have heard nothing back-is this supposed to be good buisness?
I have bought afghani,jamaican pearl,rudy indica in the past and am not sure why you are treating a ;loyal customer like this.I have refrained from putting this out in public but seen as though i have had no response it seems the only way.
In case you are wondering why i left it this long my HD failed and it took 4wks[yes,i can prove that]so have been itching to get this straight.
All i want is what i paid for,no more,no less.The batch no. is available and i'm a reg customer at the shop and they are willing ,if nothing else,to vouch for my word so please can we bring this to a conculsion that both parties are happy with,i really hope so cos i still wanna try juicy fruit,black domina,nl5 x haze!!!

Try thinking of it this way:

If you bought a litre of milk from a store and it was curdled, would you be seeking compensation from the store keeper or the dairy farmer who milked the cow?

If the store keeper decided to ignore your complaint, or had stated that the milk was sold as a souvenir only, would you still expect the dairy farmer to replace your litre of milk?

Do you expect that the dairy farmer has any control over the milk s/he produces once it leaves the farm?

Now insert seed for milk, reseller for store keeper, and Sensi for dairy farmer.

Tell you what,love, go flame someone else,in 2 posts now,both nothing to do with you and you seem to think that having a go at someone new is appropriate behaviour,so lets get this straight  1/you support people asking for drugs on forums  2/you support coppers[are u one?]  3/you think it's acceptable that people take 60quid of your money then say"it's a souvenir"-really -is that why they are kept in the fridge?-In 4 years i have NEVER had a whole pack of seeds not germ,and WTF-do u actually work for sensi?I was asking for some help by someone with authority and experience,not some old hen with a bottle of chardonnay and a chip on her shoulder cos of how she has been mistreated in life,if u really want me to tell you what i think of you ,love ,carry on.....
 
nb/the idea behind metaphors is to create a better understanding,not irritate the hell outta someone,oh and it's helps when they are apt,,,FFR

 Give the guy his damn money back a/o replace the product, along with a note of apology acknowledging him as a loyal customer. Seems to be the right thing to do, or has doing right become a lost form of humanity?
