hi all can anyone help me out need to know how do you actually do pinching is it just pinching the top of the plant when it gets big and also heard it beefs up the yield too any help would be appreciated cheers %3coving%20it

hi resinrob, if you mean "snapping" it works very well.
if you break a leg, your leg will be weak after healing, a stem will be stronger..

I dont know if using for example sterile scapel is the best. Hands are more dirty, and I like to cut as it allmost doesent even happen.

Yea, sure pinching is more "natural", if thinkin that in wild plants woudnt get clean cuts but..

I just woke upp so I might be writing in wrong topic..

just squeese the stem and rub between ur fingers till the head of the plant bend to side  ,job done
did it many times no problems at all ,it slow vertical growth and promotes side branches
